The Promont

Inspiration

One look at The Promont and you will understand where the inspiration all began. Built on a unique outcrop or promontory, The Promont is an essay in height and grandeur. As you take the gentle path up the slope, you'll see the cascading architecture almost flowing down the hill. And as you reach the summit after the refreshing ride you're treated to expanse and serenity all around you.

It's this access to openness that is the essence of The Promont. Coupled with it being your own gated community, you get the feeling of being high above, apart and yet not too aloof from the city.

Residences

Your residences are imbued with a unique design philosophy, crafted by the world-renowned architect Moshe Safidie. Each residence has been thoughtfully sketched and created for elegant and spacious living. From the open living and dining areas to the glass facades and shuttered doors, every room is designed to amplify the sense of the city around you.

The towers rest on a bed of green at the crest of the hill, with double-height terraced gardens built into the residences. So whether it is the 3 or 4 bedroom apartment or penthouse, you'll always be greeted with sunlight and fresh air.

Landscaping

While conceiving the design for The Promont, special attention was given to the landscaping. Keeping in mind the spectacular location and height, a handpicked selection of locally sourced materials were slated for the construction. Care and effort was taken to choose the right kind of stones. The colour, the shadings and sustainability were evaluated in detail before selection to marry aesthetics with functionality.

The entire landscaping was done keeping in mind, requirements of IGBC Green Homes, to deliver a construction that's not just right for the residents, but for the environment as well.
