Patel Realty India Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary owned by the Patel Engineering Group. At its inception, founder Shri Pravin Bhai Patel established two objectives for the company’s future: to sustain steady growth by increasing its revenue annually and to strive to be profitable in every year of its existence. The hard work and long hours expended in those early years have paid off as the business thrived and as projects grew progressively larger and more complex.

Patel Realty India Ltd has distinguished itself in the construction industry by providing services based on its values; trust, safety, service, responsibility, stewardship and teamwork. Our team members truly believe in serving our customer’s interests and having a strong, partnered relationship with each project’s owner, designer, engineer, and subcontractors.

Today, led by Mr Pravin Malkani, President, the company operates as a diversified construction organization, offering customer-centric services in general contracting, construction management, program management, design-build, project development, and “turn-key” development.
