The site is situated in a close proximity to Indiranagar.

The project has a combination of Eight types of residency and an exclusive Fitness and Entertainment centre. The design intent has been kept simple. The 6.0 metres wide internal road branches itself with row houses on both sides. The residual open spaces act as landscape pockets and serves to break the continuity of the internal road network. The clubhouse welcomes the residents and visitors, being positioned very close to the main entrance. The villas have been designed keeping in mind the fundamental ideas of space, comfort, privacy, lighting and ventilation. While every villa enjoys the expanse and quality of space, meticulous planning has been done to design each space in terms of functional efficacy. The villas at Luminaire are designed for the ultimate comfort ,the typical sizes of the Villas are higher than the regular homes giving you that extra living space.

The architectural theme for the exterior look and feel is inspired by the Palm Villas of the Middle East. The use of architectural elements like Double height Arched spaces with Sloped roofs, Decorative cornices and brick parapet walls accentuate the architectural style prevalent in the Middle East. The colour scheme in beige and burnt clay tiles also highlight this effect. The open spaces in front of the villas will be utilized for planting palm trees to give that final outcome of Palm Villas.
