• Type A | SBA: 3204 sq.ft | Plot Area: 2713 Sq.ft | Rs. 2.32 CR onwards
• Type B1 | SBA: 3667 sq.ft | Plot Area: 3539 Sq.ft | Rs. 3.06 CR onwards
• Type B2 | SBA: 3667 sq.ft | Plot Area: 3859 Sq.ft | Rs. 3.33 CR onwards
• Type C | SBA: 4593 sq.ft | Plot Area: 5687 Sq.ft | Rs. 4.90 CR onwards

• Down Payment - 10% of the Basic cost + VAT + Service Tax
• 20 % of the Basic cost + VAT + Service Tax to be paid against signing of the agreement.
• Balance in 24 Equal Monthly Installments (including Service Tax & VAT)
• BWSSB and BESCOM Charges will be collected at the time of possession.
• Advance Maintenance Charges will be collected at the time of possession
• Legal Fees will be collected prior to registration
• Statutory charges/Taxes/ Other Charges will be collected, subject to the amendments as per the respective laws
