It was in 1989 that Chartered arrived on the building scene with a bang. With emphasis on total quality we produced a building Charter Resorts which was a trendsetter of sorts and was acclaimed as the best in town. We changed the then prevalent market trend of matchbox flats. From then on, every new project built by us was better than the preceding one.
